Do I need previous experience?
Not at all. The program is designed to welcome complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners and yoga teachers. Everything is taught step by step.
Can beginners join?
Yes. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required—just an openness to practice each day. You'll be gently guided throughout.
Are recordings available?
Yes. Every live session is recorded and you keep access to the recordings, so you can revisit any practice or catch up whenever life gets busy.
What do I need for class?
A quiet space, a stable internet connection, and something comfortable to sit on. A yoga mat and a cushion are helpful but not essential.
What if I miss a session?
No problem. You'll receive the recording of every session, and there's community support and Q&A time to help you stay on track.
